Connie was a recipient of the full tuition Transfer Academic Excellence Scholarship (TAES) from the University of Maryland - College Park. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business in 2012.
After over a decade of working for others and being in a management position half of that time, Connie decided to start CLCP in 2013. She went back to school and got certified to be a Preschool teacher, an Infant/Toddler teacher and an Early Childhood Director by 2015.
Connie welcomed her first child in August 2015. She started CLCP with the hopes that she could stay home to raise her child while still being able to contribute financially to the household. By the time her son was born, CLCP had already been established and was already a succesful program.
Connie prides herself in providing children in her program with the most hands on and exciting Early Childhood Experience. Connie and her team enjoy working together and coming up with new activities and lessons to constantly keep the children engaged in learning.
